What is the Return Policy?
You may return most products purchased. Most items can be returned with 1 month of receiving the item. However we are not the original seller and you must contact and/or make reference to an original sellers terms for returns individually.
Alternative party Seller Returns Policies
Although many sellers provide a returns policy comparable to our own, some seller returns policies will vary. Each seller's return policy is available on the seller's website. Shipping and handling charges for returning items shipped by the seller are borne with the buyer.
Items valued at over must be returned towards seller with a trackable shipping service. Should the order is worth 0 or over, insure the shipment for the price of the item and ship your return using a signature shipping service. For items below , we suggest USPS delivery confirmation service.
Note: In case a package doesn't arrive and you don't utilize a trackable method to return or if you refuse the shipment as a method of return, you might not be eligible for a refund.
Oversized Items Delivered by Specialty Carriers
If you need to return a heavy or bulky item that was delivered from a specialty carrier (e.g., CEVA, ABF, Pilot), proceed to the Online Returns Center. The Returns Center will direct you through the returns process and will require that you contact our specialized customer support team, which will schedule the pickup of your item.
Note: Don't refuse the delivery of your item. In order to guarantee that the return and refund are processed correctly.
UPS Pickups
Once you request a UPS pickup, UPS will send a driver to the address together with your shipping label within 1-5 working days. Ensure that you've described the defect, damage, or error including that in the returned package. In case the original packaging is still available, return an item in that packaging. To help avoid problems with the pickup, remove any previously used shipping labels which might be still on the box.
